Promotional Materials available for Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund
The Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund (The Fund) was established by the Colorado State Legislature to promote and fund spay/neuter surgeries and public education for responsible pet ownership. 5,425 spay/neuter surgeries were performed in 2009 as a result of the state checkoff fund. The fund has surpassed 38,400 spay/neuter surgeries and granted more than 1.4 million dollars in the eight years since the first grants were awarded.
Organizations and individuals are being asked to help support the marketing effort by again encouraging Colorado taxpayers to contribute this year. You can help by displaying the Fund's poster. PDF's of the Fund's posters in two sizes and the fact sheet are available for download. If you encounter a problem opening these files, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be mailing promotional materials to organizations by January. If you did not receive a packet last year but would like to receive one this year, please contact the Fund: 303-722-6435 or mail to 1805 South Bellaire Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80222. Thank you for your assistance!
